Dignify Therapeutics has two drug platforms at the IND-enabling stage for on-demand defecation and micturition and an implantable neuromodulation platform at the IDE-enabling stage. They have just received 2 NIH awards for controlling urinary and fecal incontinence as well as autonomic dysreflexia that occurs with bowel and bladder manipulations.
